Dubai - Oman Combo Program (6 Nights/7 Days)

DAY 01 : DUBAI ARRIVAL

Arrival at Dubai International Airport. You will be met on arrival by our representative and transferred to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 - Half Day Dubai City Tour & Dhow Cruise

Depart from the hotel and drive through the scenic route of Dubai for photo stops at Burj Al Arab (world famous 7-star hotel), Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Dubai (the world's tallest building), and the Sheikh's Palace. Next visit the Dubai Museum. Visit the Gold Souk before heading back to the hotel. Later in the evening enjoy a two-hour dhow cruise with the best view in town. Dubai's illuminated skyline under the open stars. The cruise is also complimented by an International Buffet Dinner with multinational live music on board to keep you entertained. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 - Dubai - Jabrin - Nizwa

From Dubai, you will drive to visit the historic town of Jabrin. Jabrin castle, built in 17th century is one of the finest of its kind and is one of the main attractions in Jabrin. Its magnificent plasterwork, the carved doors, and the painted wooden beams of the ceiling makes this castle amazingly different. Thereafter you will continue to Bahla, one of the oldest small towns of Oman which in the 12th century was the capital for the tribe living in the region. As the monumental fort is closed for renovation only a photo stop is planned. Bahla is also famous for its pottery. Check-in to the hotel at Nizwa. Overnight at the hotel.

Nizwa fort is open Saturday - Thursday: 0900 - 1600 & Friday: 0800 - 1100

Day 4 - Nizwa - Wadi Bani Khalid - Wahiba Sands

Today you will drive to visit the historic town of Nizwa, Oman's cultural capital. Here you will visit Nizwa souq, where pottery, gold and silverware are sold. You will also visit the famous Round Tower Fort of Nizwa, which, in all probability, is the best architectural fort in Oman. Another destination for today is Wadi Bani Khalid, an oasis spot in the middle of the barren and dry mountains. It is one of the most beautiful wadis in Oman, and its pools with clear deep blue waters gives you an opportunity to take a refreshing dip. The afternoon is reserved for your desert experience. You will drive into the Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating sea of red and white sand. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer's delight. After some exciting sand dune driving which offers excellent thrills and chills for all, you will check-in at the camp. Overnight at the camp.

Day 5 - Sur - Wadi Shab Muscat

Drive to the coastal town of Sur, renowned for its dhow shipyard in former times. You will visit the dhow building shipyard before driving back to Muscat along the scenic coastal route. The road winds along the rugged coast, through beautiful valleys and past white sandy beaches with breathtaking views. You will drive further to Wadi Shab, en route you will lush villages surrounded with dates, lemon, mango plantations. Later you will stop at the beautiful Fin's Beach before reaching Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue green water at the bottom. Back to Muscat, and check-in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 - Half Day Muscat City Tour

Morning, you will be met at the hotel for a half day City Tour. The tour begins with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the Middle East. Visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum, exhibiting the wealth of Oman's history and thus imparting knowledge about the country's rich culture and traditions to the visitor. Later you drive along the picturesque Corniche to the once walled district of Muscat. You will have photo stops at the residence of his Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. Later, you will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you can bargain for handicrafts and silver items. Overnight at the hotel.

To enter Grand mosque Ladies should be fully covered with scarf and wear full sleeves shirt, and Men are not allowed to wear shorts
Grand Mosque is open: Saturday-Thursday from 0800 Hrs-1100 Hrs
Bait Al Zubair is open: Saturday-Thursday from 0900 Hrs-1300 Hrs and 1600 Hrs to 1900 Hrs

Day 7 - Muscat Departure

Checkout from the hotel, and you will be transferred to Muscat International Airport for onward flight.
